A 1000-seat concert hall and exhibition galleries form the Poirel ensemble, built in 1889 by the architect A. Jasson.
Typical of the Ecole de Nancy, the room has been restored and equipped with mobile stage devices allowing adaptation to the constraints of contemporary events. The premises of the Lyric Orchestra of Lorraine are being renovated with the creation of independent rehearsal rooms. The overhead lighting has been redesigned, the safety and modularity of the rooms give a new dimension to the galleries which were inaugurated for the Centenary of the School of Nancy
